Meet the Administrator
to our website! My name is Kerri Flory and I'm the Administrator at North Gate Garden Estates which includes the Condo
building as well as the Marigold and Hollyhock Townhomes. I work closely with the Boards of all 3 entities. I
take care of the bookkeeping, record keeping, general administrative duties as well as give tours of the property and available
units. My office is located right inside of the Condo's front doors. Please feel free to stop by! Our hours
are 8:00am - 5:00pm and a friendly volunteer will greet you at the front desk.
Meet the Maintenance Manager
Henslee joined us as Maintenance Manager in mid-January 2012. His main duties are the upkeep of the common areas of the
condo building as well as the Townhome's common areas.
Meet the Board of Directors
The boards are divided by Condo Board, Hollyhock
(townhome) Board, and Marigold (townhome) Board. Each board member is a volunteer and resident co-owner.
